ABOUT ME
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across Korea, Belgium, Japan, and the U.S. — not just as an HR professional, but as an expatriate navigating new countries, languages, and systems. My career spans diverse industries and leadership roles at Novartis, Expedia, and Cytec, where I supported global and local teams through change, growth, and cross-border expansion.
I’ve seen how HQ decisions can feel out of touch with local realities — and how cultural context can make or break alignment. I’ve experienced the uncertainty of leading far from home, and the deep reward when everything finally connects.
